I'm surprised......

Boy...AoA hasn't a clue! They told me that they couldn't track my car and they we right!!!!!! They said probably sometime during the week of August 31!

Well it arrived at my dealer's place 2 days ago, and I didn't find out about it until today when my sales guy called me. Unfortunately I didn't get to see it in it's shipping cover or how they prep it! Bummer

BUT the good news...tomorrow I'll pick up my V10!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now for the Bank job plan.....any ideas........????????????

The car came in at about $170K, pretty loaded. I'll see the breakdown tomorrow. It sounds like I might have gotten the illuminated sills that I ordered. Tomorrow I'll know for sure about all the unanswered questions including the Nav. system, how the paddles feel without extensions, and all the other little questions that have come up.

I'll report back ASAP.

Hope you have a good first drive in your V10 I got told roughly when mine will be coming today when i phoned the dealer, also got a booklet coming so i can see some things because i have an extra 2 weeks to finalize my order

Quite surprising that it took the dealer 2 days to ring you and tell you it was there...going to tell my dealer to ring me the minute it arrives and i'll be straight on a train

Congrats on the new drive.Please post pics of the illuminated sills. I had them on my Porsche and they looked unreal at night. I wonder if one can install them on an '09 V8.

nice. and congrats! Might want to look into your Audi dealer. They are selling you the most expensive car on their lot, but did not call you the second it arrives? or a day before? They must not need your money that bad ; D. What excitement to look forward to !

Finally!!! Congrats and it's nice to know a V10 is now in PTown. So, when do I get to see it again?!?! I'll have to swing by sometime after Labor Day...

Mine got stuck at the docks in Germany for 2 1/2 weeks, because no-one had assigned it my name. Your'e right, Audi can be about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.

Check the car carefully, I've noticed a few feint scratches low on the doors where it usually picks up quite a bit of dirt. Some twat at the dealership obviously thought they were doing me a favour by cleaning it without prepping it properly first.
