Comment for those ordering!

My early observation: (cross posted)

The car, being new to me and never really seeing one for long before to examining it, I am surprised by all the "plastic" they left in the car with the "Enhanced leather" option.

Now if I were to order again, and if it were a US option, I would do EVERYTHING possible in leather!

My M6 with "full" leather.....has almost every inch of the car covered with high quality leather. It sort of surprised me that Audi doesn't stress the fact that their "Enhanced leather" is not FULL leather. I wish I paid more attention when ordering.....I might have spent extra for optional "FULL" leather!!!!!

A little C.F. in the interior is nice,quicker to have and anything is better than the weaksuce plastic.

I plan on having as much luxor beige leather as possible, with the C.F interior.

Just wondering if i should get the leather headliner or the alacantara, any opinions?

Nice choices Davey! A beige headliner would be sweet. My Mum will want to see this... your interior, as this is what she has in her Benzy. What color stitching? I think the C.F. wrap around under pod looks better in C.F. than leather. I hope you get the Illuminated sills! I am getting exited...I can imagine how you feel!!

I have ordered the light grey alcantara because I don't like black head liners and the light grey cloth one is too light for my taste. I also think the alcantara head liner gives the cabin a quality feel and there is quite a lot of it on the R8, the A pillars and B pillars and all the area around the rear quarters.

Not sure about stitching, i was thinking dark to stand out so...black i guess?

Maybe a color of stitching that flows with the C.F.? Chocolate ?? White really goes with the C.F. weave , grey too. I have c.f. int. and truly wish I had white or grey stitching.
