Living life in 6 second bursts!!

I have come to the conclusion that this car is the dogs *******'s, just come back from a blast around the 'Ring and I thought I loved this work of art before, but this really opened my eyes. Apart from the pad's being a little lite for that kind of blast it was heaven. On the road, you seem to have to have fun in 6 second burst's unless you have the cops in your pay.

Anyone who hasn't already got theirs need to do whatever it takes to get it and drive it hard, till you get that smell of tyres and brakes from a car that's been driven.

Rant over, beer still leaking from grin two days later.....

I have just finished two track days at Mont Tremblant with the Audi Club of North America. I agree with Ian ....this is what the R8 was made for.

BTW ... there were four V8's and a V10 at this event ...V10 sounded really wimpy to me compared with V8's.

My buddy and I. The Lambo is a PEARL METTALIC YELLOW.The R8 is JET BLUE. My buddy just stopped by for a visit in his '06 Gallardo V10. It has a U.S.?? screamer exhaust. When people talk V 10s, I emmediatly think of the FEROCIOUS sounds this Lambo V10 makes. It is a STOCK motor. It revs as quick as a ported, injected, two stroke on methamphetamines. This and no less is what I need in my favorite dream R8.

(although my V8 keeps up with this Gallardo easily).

Someday we'll see people doing engine swaps if the car keeps getting great reviews.

Idk which looks nicer the R8 or the Gallardo...Prefer orange Gallardo and Sepang Blue R8 but anyway... Both Yummy!

True...BOTH colors are old and weaksauce already.They say SILVER is still the most popular color. Mine looks a bit silver sometimes. Does davey dee have pics to show of what his V10 will look like??
