Have you read your owners manual thoroughly? The system took a little time for me to get used to.This is my FIRST Audi.

Mines always been chilly and I live in a hot climate.As per Harrison read the manual and check your settings are right.

that happened to a 350z of mine, and the belt had simply fallen off...

took the car in, it had zero freon. No sign of where it went and the sensitive test equipment could not find a leak.
This will be fun...
