    -----------------------------

Where is the rattle? All I covered in that little article was pulling off the handle fascia, not going into the door.

Just be careful when you pull the door panel - the push pin clips like to stay in the door and not come out with the panel if you don't work each one out of it's little pocket very carefully.

If I were you I'd head down to the local auto parts store and get a trim removal too. They're a screw driver shaped unit, but slightly bent (like a dinner fork) and have a little v-shaped groove in the end of the blade. They tuck up under the door panel and with the V against the securing pin you rock the tool, it pops the pin out of it's socket w/o pulling the pin out of the panel.

If you're not careful, you'll have about a 20% failure rate on the pins. - seems to be about the average in my experience.

MacR8A5 - Can you please keep this thread updated with your findings and on how easy/difficult it is to remove the door card. I seem to have a similar rattle from the driver’s door when playing a track with bass.

    Thanks

Hey you guys, the car is under warranty. IMAO you should make the dealer fix the rattles, that way any damage is not on your nickel...

Re: RATTLE! How to remove door trim

    Hi All
Started to remove the trim and then got a call from work so couldn't finish it.
Interestingly the rattle appears to have gone now tho, so maybe it's fixed.
    Will let you know
