Mothertucker gave me a ride today

Today I met Mothertucker and we had lunch in Atlanta, GA. Afterward he gave me a ride in his RED V8 R8 with PPI exhaust. OMG. He took me into a tunnel and opened it up. This was so sweet I had a smile from ear to ear...and I get to drive my R8 daily.

Mothertucker is one serious track rat and an instructor with many clubs. I truly hope he comes up to Wisconsin or Minnesota and will provide me some instruction on my R8.

Tunnel? Where?

In Atlanta. It was more of two adjacent three lane overpasses we went under. The PPI exhaust was LOUD..but sweet sounding.

You're welcome, mngolfer1. It was nice getting together with a fellow enthusiast, thanks for giving me a jingle as you passed thru. I would love to do Road America or Brainerd someday, haven't done those yet. So do let me know if you hear of some track events there that you might attend.

It was the 75 overpass there in a northern suburb where's it's about 7 lanes wide, so it really is almost a tunnel.

MNGolfer. Got me excited. Thought maybe we had some tunnels here in ATL. There are several long and short ones not too far from here in Chattanooga.

We have a small tunnel in Minneapolis. I think I will take my car there tomorrow and listen to the sound of happiness, albeit stock exhaust.
