Hello.

Im Mickey, and I am new to these message boards. I have browsed this site for a while without posting or signing up. Im looking for modifications to do to my car, as I want more speed. Im pretty sure I want to go Twin-Turbo. I'll admit I'm not the most technical car guy, so I came here for info and help on what I'd like to do to my car, and this seems like the best place to get direct answers from direct people.

I think there are currently 2 threads about a TT for the R8, Heffner is one of them, you can see that here http://www.heffnersperformance.com/heffner_audi.htm but I'm guessing you've been reading the thread under Performance Modifications.

What blue is your R8? Mine will be Sepang Blue, so look forward to your pics if thats the colour you have Also what interior and sideblade did you go for?

Yes, I saw that thread, thank you for pointing that out.

I do, indeed have the Sepang blue with carbon fibre sideblade and ebony interior. Its sharp, however, there is one local that belongs to a famous hockey player, with the exact same package as I. Trust me, it gets annoying!

Trying to choose is the annoying thing, I originally ordered Red and took, I think 4 months to finally decide on a colour for finalizing my order. 100% sure I've made the right choice All I need to do now is decide what C.F parts I want, that'll have to wait until the car comes tho

Im actually in Kanata, Ive seen you as well!!!!

Kovi has one too? cool! The usual drive for the players seems to be black SUVs (except for that Lambo Emery was using for a bit). I was going the other way on Fernbank in my truck to get the boys from school so I didn't have a chance to see the interior.

Winter driving? No, probably not. I don't want to worry about getting winter tires for it and actually I put the car to bed today. I still have my Saleen to drive if the roads are decent.

You get your car from Mark Motors? I'm a little pissed at them about the V8 vs. V10 thing, I'll tell you about it some time. Do you get to the games much? If so, maybe we can meet for a beer before one.
