The only one missing in here is my 2007 Lexus IS 250AWD which I use as my every day work car. I'm 32 and my wife and I recently had a baby girl, who is just 6 months old. The White Q7 4.2L is the wifey's car.

oh man, that white with the silver blade is absolutely sexy. I almost pulled the trigger on a white with carbon blade, but man, that's amazing.

agree - I really like white/carbon but that looks great with the silver in that pic. love the way light colors make the black trim "pop".

Thanks guys for the positive comments. I was thinking about going CF for the sideblade, but I think the silver is a little more low key. I like to stand out, but not necessarily LOOK AT ME (well, the R8 gets enough of that). So i might end up just keeping it with the silver blades.

Smothy, I just finished all the paperwork to import the car. I'm debating really hard on what to do now with the front plate. I think I'm gonna attempt to use the earth magnets to mount the front plate when spring comes around. I believe on most Audi's the front section where the plate sits should come off fairly easy. But upon reading threads, it looks like for that part to come off the R8, the bumper needs to be dropped. So, I think I'll deal with it when the cops pull me over and I tell them "the parts on order".

I agree with that no front plates, and if they do give you a ticket all you have to do is take a picture with it fixated to the front of the car and send it in whether it be wire, tape, or whatever...

if it were that easy

Most police forces in Ontario will make you go to the police station to show the plate is attached. Around here they flag the car in the computer once they catch you without a plate so if they are behind you and run the tag, they will pass to see if there's a plate on the front (happened to my buddy who was ticketed for no front plate, whenever I'm with him, if theres a cop behind us, soon the cop is in front lol)
