How can i get more grunt in a V10?

Finally test drove the 6 speed version today.

Quite liked it. Concerned a little about seat comfort. The shifter and tranny are gems compared to my 997tt with the short shifter.

A little concerned that it seemed to be tuned like a sport bike. All the fun is between 7 and 8.5. Until then, it's a little doggy. Plus, it's far too quiet.

If I buy the thing, I'd obviously do exhaust and wheels.

Anyone aware of any mods that significantly increase torque?

Nitrous Oxide would increase torque. A Staged system that comes on low dose at low rev.s' and big dose at WOT. Just Kidding. Super charging gives instant boost. From down low all the way up.

Heffner TT system comes with custom exhaust and air intakes. Oh ...and tons of power down low.

Does the TT system work on V10? I think they are only spec'd for the 4.2L at the moment.

Software should be ready from APR, GIAC and others shortly for that car. Exhaust probably won't give you any low-end.

Maybe just carry a baby bear around with you to make lots of growly noise?? Should give you the grunt (and excitement) you're looking for, across the entire powerband!

TT R8V10 set up is no different from a few dozen Gallardo or Lp560 monsters that they have done in the last 3yrs.
