This is a common problem, if you can I would suggest park in a garage as other than waiting for the car to heat up I would not use any defrost sprays or recommend warm water, Audi should offer a pre heat function on the key fob. it will be interesting to see if the Spyder has the same issue.

I just sit in mine until its defrosted! The heated seats really do pay for themselves in such a situation![]()
You could consider a 12 volt hair dryer and run it along the bottom of the window frame as you drive off. Bet it would thaw it sufficiently quite quickly.
