Low cost wheels

Any idea on what are the lowest cost wheels that I can use as a second set for winter tyres> I have lost all hope with the Pirellis this winter even though I am in the global warming capital of Southern England!

by the time u find some winter will be over in the uk wont it?

i'm struggling to reverse the car off the drive with Pirellis, it is quite steep but once on the move I've not found them too bad and the traction control seems to keep things pretty straight.

Cheap (2k) sets of winter wheels and tyres turn up on eBay (need to select 'available to UK') all the time, worth checking there ?? I nearly bought a set but thought, nah! we nevr had bad enough winters to justify - doh!
