This type of fine would make me use cruise control 100% of the time and be 5 mph under the speed limit. This type of fine is NUTS!

This is ridiculous, the judges should get reprimanded and loose their positions. If it is a repeat offender, then take away his license or make him do community service. It’s not like he is doing 150+ or anything really crazy. Fines based on wealth are very socialist and completely unfair. The punishment should be based on the crime, not the the indivudal.
