LED Pack

I have got the LED pack and have LED everthing on the car apart from the license plate bulbs and also the light inside the front bonnet. Is this normal or have I got a slightly less LED pack than the majority?

I changed my license plate bulbs to LED's in the end. Im also going to make the light in the front bonnet LED aswell but takes a bit more than changing a bulb.

Well I would be supprised if Audi made a mistake like that, also the whole power difference between LED's and fillament type bulbs would surely confuse the DIS. Silly question I guess. Shame the license plate bubs aren't LED from factory as the transformation is so dramtic. I will post a picture when I get a chance.

Somewhere in those threads should be a link to ledwholesalers.com which has some LEDs. I do not know if this site has products which will work or not. I just remember seeing the link somewhere and saved it to look at later...

It looks like peope have figured this all out some time ago. And as you can see you need built in resistors for them to work. Does just changing the bulb in the trunk or glove box actually work? I tried with non resistor LED's as the interior lights dont set warnings off on the DIS but I couldnt find any that would work that way. Has anyone tried LED's with a built in resistor?

I have both types in my car - resistors for the rear plate and non-resistor ones for all the T10 areas (under door, overhead interior, glovebox). I think only the numberplate lights need the resistors due to the error checking.
