having drooled over the r8 for about 2 yrs i finally took the plunge for a slightly used 2009. admittedly i haven't driven other super high performance cars before but after 10 mins getting used to things it was amazing. however i will be keeping my subi 2004 STi for snow situations

Congratulations on your new ride. If you track your car you will have the most fun you can have with your clothes on. We would like to see some pictures of your car. Where did you purchase it? How many miles does it have on it? What options are on it and most important to your forum mates...how much did you pay for it (we want to know what resell values are on our cars)?

i'm in fairfield county,ct (about 20 miles outside nyc). its a 2009 blue magello manual with 1900 miles (a little over one year old, about as clean as possible). the only options are the leather package, convenience package, B&O stereo and nav pack plus. i paid $108,500. if the weather cooperates this weekend i'll try to get a couple of pics.

i think its a step up from the ford pinto i had in 1976
