Subject: Winter Driving Academy - Final update and entry form
Hey guys and gals-
We are all set for the Feb 20-21 event at Steamboat Springs.
We will meet here at Lamborghini Denver and be prepared to leave by 7AM. Otherwise please meet up there no later than 10AM. The Sat event will begin around 11AM and will be a half day course with instruction and the use of their Toyota cars. You will get one-on-one instruction in their vehicles and will learn the basics of car control skills in the ice and snow.
We will have dinner near the hotel and the hotel reservations all set. We will need a final count to forward on to both the hotel and restaurant ASAP.
The second day will depend on how many people we have sign up. At the minimum it will be a half day (open track) event that you will use your own vehicles and do more of a track day layout. There will be instruction for this portion, but not the same as the previous day. Snow tires are recommended but not necessary for this part of the event.
If we get enough people to sign up, we may have the ability to use the coarse for the full day on Sunday. Either way, you will get roughly the same amount of time driving.
Here is a little clip to get your heart racing again!!!
