Best-looking custom interior I've yet seen on an R8. The dye match between the carpet and the leather is as good as I've seen anywhere.

They are available on the Coupe but not on the Spyder? That's just mental... what in gods name are Audi thinking by making such a seemingly arbitrary decision for an entire market!!!!

I wonder what the reason is for not allowing the seats in the UK. You can't get them in the coupe in the US either can you?

They are not available in the U.S. because they have not been tested to meet safety regulations here. Also, I've seen several journalists note that the shoulder bolsters are so prominent that they can actually interfere with using the gear shifter. They do look as if they could pinch the broad-shouldered a bit.
