Please book your calendars for May 15th 10am-3pm to come meet at Goodspeed Performance for the 2nd Annual Quattro de Mayo event!!!!!

This is being put on by the Arizona Chapter of the Audi Club North America aka AZ ACNA and all Audi owners are welcome to attend. Admission is free for all.

With the help of Goodspeed Performance and Audi North Scottsdale, AZ ACNA is proud to have this event again riding on the success of last years Quattro de Mayo.

This event is to promote, encourage, and generate membership in the local AZ chapter of the ACNA. We will have membership forms and club information for those interested in joining. Yearly membership is $44 (two and three year terms are discounted rates).

If you know anyone with an Audi that is not an ACNA member, please give them my email: BMCCAULEY@PENSKEAUTOMOTIVE.
Please tell anyone you know with any Audi to attend this event regardless if their car is modified or not. This is for Audi owners and their Audi’s to be around other Audi owners and THEIR Audi’s!!!

Event details.
Show n Shine (bring your cleaned up and shiny Audi) to the event, park it, and enjoy all of the people and cars. BBQ (burgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks provided) Goodspeed will be doing APR trial flashes for those that sign up. So if you have a car that qualifies, you can get a FREE 6 hour trial software flash from APR to test out and see if you really like that extra HP and TQ that a new software flash provides. Spots will be limited for this. You can email Jon@goodspeedperformance.com to see if your car applies for this. It takes about 30-40 minutes to do each flash thus spots being limited.
We are also working on Motul and STaSIS to have some representation as well.

If you have any used parts for sale, go ahead and bring them with you and maybe you can make some money and get rid of some parts.

Raffle Prizes. Everyone who enters with a car will get a raffle ticket that will qualify them to be entered into the Raffle that will be held at 2pm. If you aren't there then you don't get the prize!!

The track day at Inde Motorsport was canceled due to low attendance, it was Mother's Day weekend?

I had a few SoCal track rats, myself included, that would have gone if they'd planned a two day event. I wanted to support the new chapter, unfortunately it was just too far to drive for one day.

ACNA held it's second Quattro de Mayo event Saturday. We had a great turnout with a lot of S cars - but only two R8s. DVMMIKE joined me and we had a pretty good time. Harry was in AZ but brought the Hummer.

Goodspeed installed a Quattro GmbH developed AWD Dyno (MAHA LPS-3000 if that means anything to you) and they to demo the Dyno to the group using a R8. Since Mike is lusting after a TT or SC, we thought it might be a good idea to get a baseline on his car. I think the RWHP was 408 or something? Higher than everyone expected. Fill in the detail, Mike, post the Dyno sheet when you get a chance!

I had expected more R8's lol nice event though . I have my S5 for another 6 months or so before I get my R8. Here is my Mugello Blue one off special order S5 on the left

Very nice car, sorry we didn't connect. Did you see the Solar Orange R8 at North Scottsdale? Liked it so much you ordered one? Great color choice. Glad to see another AZ R8!
