    AMI install in a 2009 R8 (with 2010 RNS-E)

    Hi,

    I've installed (successfully) an AMI in my car and have written a guide as to how to do it. This is different from the OEM-Plus guide as Euro cars require a different wiring layout to that described by OEM-Plus for their US customers. The description is significantly more detailed than that provided by OEM Plus - and is also relevant for US cars if you don't use the OEM-Plus cable and make your own.

    I'm happy for the guide to be made available to anyone who wants to view it, but I can't upload the PDF to the site. Any ideas?

    I would really appreciate it if you could email me a copy Frog, I've sent you a PM and thank you in advance.

    I can upload it to my Rapidshare account to share with everyone but AnOutsider hosting it would be best.

    @50p - sent

    AnOutsider - I you are connected with R8Talk or the R8Registry.com then it would be best to be hosted there - I have a Rapidshare account, but it would be better if we started building a self-contained knowledgebase.

    I can post it on the R8 Registry if you send me a link to the document.
