My Spyder will arrive at the dealers today

Went to my dealers yesterday to see his Spyder demo which is in the same colour as mine, the interior is different but looks great in black and silver with silver stitch.

He told me that mine was due in today and it will take 3/4 days to turn it around so will have for this weekend, i need to get some miles on her to loosen her up before the Alps trip in 4 weeks.

Steve, i sold my last R8 coupe Jan 09 when i bought the Maserati GTS, are you now thinking of renting, did you contact the company Mike found, i think it was circa £2500 for the trip.

No Colin....I just was curious! I'll drive with Ian. He hasn't decided how to handle the insurance issues....so I may just be able to be a passenger.

I'm bummed....but I can't ruin my trip because of it. I just thought that if you still had the coupe, you might be willing to let me drive it...and could "rent" it from you for insurance reasons!

Just exploring the possibilities. A rental from a "real" rental car company is way to rich for my blood!
