Interest in a Northwest GTG?

I have talked to a couple of people that would be interested in something late summer. Somewhere between Seattle and Portland.

We all have busy schedules so just wanted to see who might be interested and we can start planning some tentative dates/venue.

What?!?! August? How 'bout June 12-13? I need to see the velvet purple before the color starts to fade.

Two very important events happen the last three weekends (Aug-Sept): 1) Packers lay the smack-down on the Hawks the second to last weekend. 2) Hood to Coast relay. Good times running 32 hour/198 mile race. 3) Wedding. Don't have much to say about this except that it will be fun. And it's not mine

This weekend will be great (and you can get your last drive in before Europe Steve)... or sometime in July would most likely work for me... and we could get more people.

I am unavailable this weekend but I WILL be home at the end of July! So count me in if you plan something the last 2 weeks of July or 1st week of August.

Rich at OEMPLUS had a similar colored R8 in his shop a couple of months ago. He denied permission to take fotos but he didn't say to keep my vocals shut.

I'd be good with a July 31-Aug1 or Aug 7-8 weekend.

Also - just spoke with Scott - the new Wilsonville Audi is opening sometime mid August. If we were meeting somewhere more towards Portland, Scott said he would like to have us meet up at the new store. Might be fun to check out the new place as part of a GTG.
