Reading real good reports about the Hankook V12 Evo's but guess what...
Hankook UK don't bring in the 295/30 19's....
Any good alternate suggestions?
Cheers

i just put on the Evo's, personally i say stay away. Even if you do any type of spirited driving around town (turns, long off ramps).. the Evo's do not inspire confidence, due to the soft sidewalls. Going through an Apex with these tires is like suicide.
Now in the rain, i take everything back and they are superb!
if you are going buy them, you can put the 305's in the rear.
I also put 245's in the front.
My next choice would be the Yoko Neova Ad08
The Hoosiers INSPIRE confidence on our sunny So. Cal. on ramps and freeway interchanges. Desperado knows which ones I'm talking about. The 60 east onto the 57 N. And the 57 south onto the 60 West. Two very nice sweepers.

Been in touch with Hankook UK as the direct importer with no joy... So the 305's and 245's fit OK with no clearance probs? I'd read the Evo's improve the ride but still grip well? Thing is unless you're driving like a real spanner you're not really pushing the tyres to the limit during normal road use :-)
Thanks for your help guys!

Yes 245 and 305 are fine. If you read the car and driver review, you'll see what I mean. If you read around other forums on the evo's, you'll see that others feel the same way. The sidewalks are soft.
Nitto Invos are awesome tires. Of course being in the US I don't know if they are sold in the UK or not.
Cheers,
Tonny
