For those of you who have attended in the past or were planning to attend this year, I've just learned that the Concours on Ocean Ave in Carmel-by-the-Sea that has been held on Tuesday during car week is not going to happen this August.

Apparently a lack of funds is the reason. Shame really, as this event has been nice and has brought a lot of money to the city in previous years.

So, now I guess the first "official" event of the week is the McCalls Jet Center event, which truly is a "must attend" if you're here early in the week.
