I'm sorry to announce that I've had to sell my V10. I've had to realise the cash to fight a possible court battle with an unpleasant former client of mine.

It's been a huge wrench to part with my baby after 2 years of great driving experiences, but I will treasure the memories. The Alpine trip was such a blast, the cars and the company were brilliant, that it was good to end on that note. I will do it again.

I have had also had a lot of fun on the forum, that I will no doubt return after I have sorted this issue out.

Sad news Mike.

Thank you for being such a huge part and mainstay of R8 Talk and for the enormous contributions you have made with your intellect,contributions and all your behind the scene work.

Really feels like we are losing one of the family.

I've sent a note round the 2010 participants to say I'd be happy to organise another tour - but, depending on developments and the sale of one of our properties, you might have to put up with a Burnt Orange Lotus Elise S/C flying machine! If that's ok?

Good luck with your battle. Unfortunately we all go through some challenging times but the bright spot is that when they pass, and they will, it makes owning a car like the R8 that much sweeter!
