R8 service west of London

The light has just come on for my first service ( Oil)and would like peoples opinion on where to take the car. I live in Maidenhead and have very little faith in the most local garage in slough. The R8 V10 is my pride and joy and want the people servicing it to treat it the same. I have tried West London but they are not willing to collect and mentioned they need the car for a day to do the oil service- it would take me 2-3 hours driving back and forth!

IMHO, it's worth the trip to the dealer, I'm not sure about the UK but here first oil change is free. The worry with a local garage not familiar with the R8 is that they won't hit all the oil drain plugs (there are several) leaving you with a partially drained system that they go and dump clean oil in

Hi I bought my car from Audi Camberley and they are a pretty good sized dealer and have 2-3 R8 specialists there in their service department. Rob in particular has helped me on a number of occasions. You might try them as they are not far from you. M
