09 Silver R8 Mods: 20" Black/CF 360Forged, Stasis, Tune

Here is my 09 silver R8 with the following mods:

- 20" Black lip/CF center 360Forged wheels/TOYO tires: 295/30 rears (oversized)
- Stasis exhaust
- Singh Autosport Tune/2 hi-flow BMC filters
- Alcantara wrapped steering wheel

Bright red powdercoated calipers coming up.
The car is simply awesome. :-)

Any pics of the steering wheel? Is it better or worse for grip?

Car looks good. But no fan of the wheels. Way too busy.

Much better for grip. The standard wheel is too... slippery and thin. I have large hands so I asked them to make it thicker as well. The stitching is red, to match the gauges. The job is absolutely perfect - it looks factory-made.

haha. actually, i think the wheels are not busy enough... they look black with a slightly gray center unless you get the sun reflecting off the carbon fiber centers the right way... they have a cool reflection when the car goes by with sunlight shinning down on them. I'm glad I went with the chrome screwheads to break the monotony of the black wheel.... Here is a picture of the car in the shadow... you can't quite appreciate the CF center... Overall, i think they make the car look more aggressive... unfortunately it does draw more attention
