1 year audi present mess up

i just received my complementary signed picture of the r8 racecar for my 1 year anniversary of buying the car. The letter fom audi stated "from its contrasting side blade, to its 420 HP rear mounted v8 engine, you chose the R8"
.....however....i chose the v-10...silly audi....did they send me the wrong letter, or is it standardized and all the V-10 owners got the same thing....just wondering

i received that with my V8 over 2 years ago. they probably just haven't updated the verbage or set up two separate packages to send out- one to V8 owners and another to V10 owners. just a simple PR technicality, really.

We got the same thing a few months back for the coupe. Didn't think it was for any anniversary tho. Wondering if they will spring for another carbon-fiber keychain or something equally as nice for the new Spyder?

Who gave you carbon fiber key chain? For a second there, when the dealer said "here's your key" I honestly thought they only intended to give me one key.

Audi sent it to us a few months after having the Coupe. Came in a nice gift box with somekind of book on Audi. Dealer gave us nothing.

Yep, I got the same thing about 2 months after I got the car. The key ring is very nice.

I wonder why the buyer's experience isn't uniform?
