Thanks. One thing I like about the R8 is that it seems to attract fairly hard core owners. Leaving a track earlier this summer, I saw a bunch of R8s roll in for a club track event - never see them on the street, but there they were, ready to go.

Our spyder is supposed to show up at the dealer tomorrow or Friday and we are scheduled to pick up next Wed. Can't wait. Red/black/black, 6MT w/ full carbon and extended leather.
Had a previous '09 coupe.

My black Spyder arrives in November, the wait is killing me! Even more so seeing all the US ones now arriving on the forum.

What options did you get? Looks like extended leather on the doors.

I can't see any parking sensors? Are these optional in the US?
