Phantom Black/Red leather combo - would it work ?

Still a way off until I can spec my R8 Spyder 4.2 (assuming they eventually do turn up in the UK) but after looking on the audi.de car configurator which now includes the new vehicle, I've been looking at various options available.

Don't like the new standard 18" alloys and notice Sepang blue isn't available as a standard colour. Anybody got any pics of Phantom Black with a red leather interior on a spyder ? I'd be interested in seeing this combo ?

My car is black with red, the colours go excellent. Just do not go for the bright red leather, the more "blood" red is best.

Black with a red interior is a classic British sports car color combo. Always looks great.

That should look terrific! I will say x2 on the bright red though. Ask for the crimson red/black AE combo...

When I ordered my Suzuka Gray 4.2 last summer, the optional, non-AE red only covered the seats; not the door panels. I remember many hours toiling over the Audi order guides trying to make it work. I wish Audi had made the door panels part of the package back then.
