Thumbs up New Spyder only 70k above msrp

Yes, my local Audi dealer is trying to get 70 k above MSRP. Bringing the price to nearly 250,000.00 US dollars.

Hopefully these sleazy dealers lose potential future customers. I know I would be pissed if I went into a dealer I did previous business with and they pulled that.

I'd expect the GT to bring this kind of money, but anyone that pays a dime over msrp on a spyder, definitely has too much money or hasn't done their homework....

This is pretty common anytime a new variation drops...

Anyone who ever pays over MSRP for anything is retarded. Even the GT, which apparently isn't getting much interest.

Especially the Spyder though because there are tons at MSRP and can be ordered easily.

Well a fool and his money are soon parted.

A dealer doesn't have to convince every buyer to pay 70k over MSRP; Just one gullible sap. Though if word of such a sale gets out I imagine they'll loose customers in the long run.

Poor saps, is right. How many paid over MSRP when the R8 first came out? I was fortunate to pick up my '08 at a great deal. There must have been plenty of mark-up back then too.
