...on how to remove the alu gas filler , I need that thing powder coated in black, it sticks out too much on my dark car with all the flat carbon fiber parts.

If you have any desire or plans to work on your car, go get the Bentley Publishers manual for the car.
It's a complete service manual and it explains, in quite good detail, how to go about working on everything from changing a light bulb to rebuilding the engine.

It's also fairly easy to navigate once you figure out the structure. It's not quite as intuitive as I'd like, but I've learned that the search function is my friend.

That said, I'm not at my computer that has the manual in it, so I can't help answer your question.

Another highly recommended thing for those that like to work on their rides is the Ross-Tech VAG-Nav system. A wonderful tool that allows you to disable your car and then have to call the dealer. (cut & paste ALL codes before playing with them.)
