Climate Control Clunk

Noticed when climate control is on I can hear a clunk or loud drip type noise every 2 seconds, as soon as I turn climate control off it goes away. Any ideas? Also noticed a weird rattle type noise from the window area. When I drop the window down by 2mm say it stops, any clues?

Yup, I got the same thing on my MY2009 V8. Clunk noise when AC is on. Never happened on the previous MY2008.
But, no longer an issue since I installed the Stasis exhaust!!! LOL!
