About LinkBacksHas anyone had issues with the EPC warning light. I have a 2009 V8 and my EPC light goes on/off on a daily basis. I have not noticed any drive ability issues. I have brought it to Audi and they could not find a problem. This is an annoying issue especially considering what we pay for our cars...

If that light comes on it should throw a code. The dealership didn't tell you what the code was?

Dealership told me that car was running correctly(No fault code noted). It seems that if I restart the car, EPC goes off on restart 99% of the times.

Had the same issue. Apparently the exhaust hose had come loose. They took quite some time to find the problem, but after fixing it I have had no problems in the last 2000 miles.

I have the Stasis exhaust and EVOMs intake. What exhaust hose are you referring to??

Electronic power controll...Drive by wire... never heard of this problem yet on the R8...'till yours.

Over here we call it a mass air flow sensor. Hidden in the tubes of the intake manifold area. My ASR warning came up and Audi replaced my left maf sensor. Car was running great. The traction controll was stuck in the on pos. All fixed for free. I just have to do a detail after the dealer smudges her up with fingerprints.

While driving last night my Emissions control light came on as did the EPC light. The EPC light then went off but the Emissions control light is staying on... anyone experience this?

I picked my new v10 late Jan, of this year. The emissions control started flashing 3rd day then constantly on after day 4. They had it in the workshop for 5 days seemingly was faulty earth wiring which then displayed errors on 6-10 cylinders.... They effected a fix and i have had the car back a week now and only once has the emission light came on, but that was only blinking for a couple of seconds and off again.
