Does the audi 19" space saver wheel fit the R8?

Does anyone know if the Audi 19" space saver wheel will fit the R8 front and rear please? I fear it might not clear the brakes.

It's not going to be used to drive on at all. I'm just going to remove each wheel from the vehicle one by one and clean them entirely before applying GTechniq C5 wheel armour.

I'll just jack up the car, remove a wheel, fit the space saver and lower the car back down while I clean the removed wheel.

When I do this same thing on my cars, I just leave it jacked up, and /or put a jack stand under neath while cleaning my wheels. Seems like a lot of trouble to doing it that way, no?
