I hope not!

I know one of the main reasons Audi bought Lamborghini was for their R&D, fair enough, but they are diluting one of my favorite brands by throwing all of Lambo's technology into a significantly lesser priced vehicle (R8). Why buy a Lamborghini anymore when you can get the same thing in an Audi.

Less horsepower, more weight, softened ride, sound, styling, and not as fast. I think the R8 is a great car, but it's not a Lambo in any sense.

As to the next R8...afraid I haven't a clue.
