Thanks for the link ... although you didn't need to look on Fortitude ... Kreso had already posted some snaps of the S5 in the 'Off Topic' area ... here ... and not surprisingly Kreso ... being the star he is ... managed to post five photos as opposed to Fourtitudes’ four ...

However, Aston Martin already use LED running lights on some of their newer built cars ... I've personally seen three or four of them in use ... also A8s can have LED running lights on them (or A6s, can't be certain) but I've seen a few examples of larger Audi's using them ... although the R8 will be the first production car to feature full LED main front lights.

It was the "swoosh" lights underneath the headlights, which I had only seen on the R8. I haven't been around on the forum much recently (been far too busy).

I can see what you mean about the ... "swoosh" effect ... although I think I prefer the smaller sized LEDs used on the R8 ... unless they've just spread them out a bit more on the R8 so the individual LEDs can be seen.

I haven't been around on the forum much recently (been far too busy).

I think I'll be rather busy over the next few days ... so I'll know what you mean about being busy!

Expect the S5 first, then the A5.

These pictures seem to be the same work as the ones done by Tom Saxby of the R8. The Hong Kong background is virtually the same, if this is so they are not from Audi but created in photoshop as a personal project of his.

The style of picture is very much the same, so I now think that the S5 is just one persons idea of what it should look like..........I hope I am wrong and I will an S5 at Geneva next month

I will search for the projected date. I expect winter to early spring IMO. Too close to launch with R8 by fall. I have only seen the A5 in person. The S5 has been all pictures right now.
