Resetting Bespoke Luggage Combination

Last year I purchased the custom Bespoke luggage for my R8. I'd like to set the combination to something other than "000" it is set to, I just don't remember how. Could I get a little help please

The hard cases I received had Amiet locks on them. www.amiet.com Their website does not have much info, but I do have one of the little instruction booklets that came in the case. I can scan it or take a photo of the booklet if others want...

Basic Directions:
1 With lock open, push button in the direction away from numbers and hold it in this position.
2 Set number wheels to the desired combination (seem to only roll in one direction). Release button.
