Difference between 2008 and 2010 R8 V8

Is there any difference between the 2008 R8 V8 and the 2010 R8 V8?

You mean other than the date of manufacture?

I think/suspect (and I "think") there may be a little bit of increase in horsepower (insignificant to say the least) but I'm sure that the Iphone control and auxiliary input is present in the 2010 versus lacking in some early models (if not all) of 2008.

The differences are mostly subtle except for an updated media unit with HD display, 3D satnav and can play DVDs. You also will get a slightly nicer looking instrument cluster with white characters over the older orange color. Insignificant changes include the leaver to open the engine bay being in a different position among other things.

Thanks for all the inputs. What I care about most is the exterior change, the interior little changes doesn't really both me. Did R8 V8 go through any facelift or exterior modification for the newer year model?

No change or "facelift" of any kind as far as aesthetics go from first production year to current with V8 model. V10 model has a few minor differences aesthetically though.

In 08, adaptive suspension (Magnetic Ride) was an option. After that, it became standard. It's a nice option to have for daily driving.
