Thanks for the link to the pics, they do look great. What is the material? Ebony wood, painted plastic, etc?
I have no idea... It is like a lacquer finish. I had it on a A4 and it scratched and it was a bitch to get fixed.

The parts are just painted gloss black. I had this mod done after market only cost me $200 better than the $3000 Audi want :P The parts that are painted are the 2 door spears, the radio surround and also the 2 sides of the plastic that runs thru the middle of the car (2 circular parts).
Only down side to piano black I've seen is they show all smudges in brilliant detail.
We have done a few cars this way and have the core parts here to do exchanges if customers are interested. It is a paint process over the factory plastic parts...
