no tilt forward on seats? How come

My spyder does not have a tilt back to move the seats forward to get acess to the rear or protect from the sun. Yet the owner's manual shows the there is a knob to tilt the seat forward.
Another canadian car also is missing this, yet the manual does not mention this as being realated to a certain country.
    Anyone know anything about this?

It doesn't tilt forward because there is no storage shelf in the Spyder, I believe.

That's probably the most logical answer, but my owner's manual is for a Spyder and it does show a button for the tilt. This is a must feature to hide the seat back from the sun

Just because it says Spyder on the cover doesn't mean they updated what's inside. My manual doesn't even cover some features of the 2010, much less my 2011 model year.

don't know if the manual is only for the spyder, but the cover does have the photo of the spyder. From what I can tell, there are only pics of the spyder in the manual, though of course there would be many similaraties in both manuals.
In either case when explaining the tilt back in the book, it does not say for 'Coupes only"
