Has anyone attended the R8 driving school at Infineon?

Just wondering if the driving school is worth it? I was hoping to take an R8 to the limits without killing myself or getting a major ticket.

Just DO it !!!!! Even seasoned racers can benefit from these classes. This school you are considering might even be more radical than Audis' HPDEs. You will not regret it.

So you know, the track there is very curvy and the straights are not very long; therefore, you will not be able to take the R8 to its "speed limit". Other than that, the experience is worth it, very intense.

You'll be able to take the R8 to its' limits in EVERY TURN. Anybody can go fast straight line. If you don't wind up in the gravel, you haven't really tested the R8 to its' limits...(in 'da turns)

I poste about my day at Infineon. Well worth it.

Spend some extra time in Sonoma and Nappa and tour some wineries.

I'm going to be there next weekend for a 2 day course, need the training for the gumball

It was awesome, but don't eat a big meal the night before or you might barf it on the track like I did after pulling too many g's. Quite embarassing.
