Guys as this will be my first R-tronic, is there any driving tips that will help prolong the life of the clutch and Gearbox,... ?

I suspect the gearbox itself will outlive us all. Don't forget, it's the same unit as in the manual stir stick cars. Don't know if anybody has a magic answer for clutch life, but as with most wearing components, the harder you use it, the sooner it wears. Regular application of the launch control will likely shorten clutch life. Other than that, just drive the car and enjoy it. Some folks feather the throttle a touch to smooth out shifts in the lower gears. Doing that will also ease slip when the clutch engages - just like with a manual.

Congratulations on your new car. You'll love it.

I look on skylineowners.com now and again but not a member Its not much more than a rolling shell atm.

Turned out to be a lot more work than I was expecting and no one under 25 can get a R34 insured So I've never going to get 800+hp R34 import insured at 21 so its on the back burner and just do bit here and there .
