Under car , on right side rear, is a breather hose that hangs down. I can wiggle it to make a little rattle noise. Will secure it better and report if cab is totally silent at Hyper speeds again.

What is the actual function of breather hose. Does it help in the nitrous oxide emission reduction.

Just two days ago I noticed there's a small hole at the bottom of the fuel cap area, it's also on the right hand side. This hose harrison found dangling could be used for dumping excess fuel if the fuel cap area is accidentally flooded.

That looks like the A/C vent, could also be a coolant tank overflow hose (though don't see one listed), or other overflow/vent hoses. The A/C vent dribbles condensation out of the interior airbox that has the condensor in it. If you see water dribble out of it on a hot day with the A/C going that's what that is. There is also a fuel overflow hose as mentioned. If that's under where the fuel filler is, that is what that hose is for.
