Just pull them off - if you have any sort of small plastic blade, you can put a towel between the painted surfaces and the blade and pry the badges loose.
A heat gun (set on low) or a hair dryer (on high) will help with loosening the grip of the adhesive bond.
Once you get them off, there's a automotive product called wax and adhesive remover - it smells very similar to lighter fluid. It will remove the residue and sticky smutz left behind w/o doing any damage to the paint. Expect to use a bit of elbow grease too.
I've also found that your thumb works just as well for rolling the sticky stuff up and off the car right after you've pulled the badges.

As mentioned, they should come off by lifting up the corners. If you need to use anything, waxed dental floss is best. And clean up, as also mentioned, rolling with your finger the glue comes up easy. If you need to, Goo B Gone cleans up the residue nicely also.

Waxed dental floss works great and won't damage the paint. Yeah, I'm not crazy about the location of the V10 badge. Seems like it should be in the back somewhere.

Googone or Bug and Tar Remover works great on the leftover schmutz. Heating the badge helps as mentioned and then gently pry or use strong dental floss. Probably not a concern, but on older cars a quick polish and wax of the panel helps as sometimes there is some residual ghosting on the paint of the badge.
I tried dental floss with plenty of lighter fluid but couldn't get my 4 rings to budge so I had a detailer do it and they left behind fine scratches in the clear coat. So I had another detailer remove those and he did but replaced them with a different set of visible damage to the clear coat! So, be careful doing it and maybe the use of heat along with one of the solvents will do the trick.

^^ Pretty sure the lighter fluid was for AFTER the badges were removed to help with the residue left over.
Anyway, a heat gun set on low or a hair dryer + floss/blade will do the trick.
