Please help, Best Sounding Exhaust for v10?

Hey Guys,

I am getting ready to start tuning my car, i have decided on most likely the supercharger from stasis and most of the extreme package,however, having done some research I prefer the sound of the Tubi....

I am looking for more of a gillardo, throaty type of sound, what do the members recommend?

Also, which companies provide quality external additions beyond oemplus? I would really like to get my hands on a R8 GT wing, can't seem to find it anywhere though

Gosh, I guess you haven't been keeping up on the forum, as most of these issues have been beat to death lately. However, I'll try to point you in the right direction:

If you prefer the Tubi sound, then I think FOR YOU the best sounding exhaust for the V10 IS the Tubi, wouldn't you agree?

You should also check with Alexander at Europrice, he lists GT parts and is also a commercial sponsor of R8Talk.

I absolutely love the STaSIS since it is pretty civil but also has a great growl when you open the throttle and run up the revs.

If you want to be more loud and obnoxious, then Tubi is a better choice and is probably closer to the Gallardo sound.

Why not just purchase the R8 GT rear wing from your local Audi dealer?

There are lots of good exhausts out there with the Tubi being high up on the list along with the AWE Switching which I installed and am very happy with.

Will be posting some vids and sound measurements soon(when I get the chance)which you might want to compare.

Money is not an issue for me, and I wouldn't trade any mod for the awesome experience of gumball, already signed up for it again for next year. I'm sure people think the entry free is expensive but it pales in comparison to the value of relationships and networking you can obtain from just one gumball..

I love cars, and for any car lover gumball I would say is the mecca of auto experiences. I love the r8, i chose it because its a german car with a little Italian influence in the engine department, if BMW made a supercar it would have been an even easier decision.

I'm going to add the supercharger and a few upgrades to the r8, the exhaust is just so bloody hard to decide on. Do they sell the wings at the dealer, that would be an easy solution
