Did you put the SprintBooster back on? That would explain hitting the limiter a bit faster than you're accustomed to, I imagine.

I had a chance to check out the V10 STaSIS demo the other day at the dealership. Made me want to Supercharge my V8 stat.

Thanks for posting, the accelerating video's were yesterday and had not seen yet. And yes the sprintbooster went on the day before, not sure if I hit rev limiter or it was just me slowing down quick since light was red. Funny how all the power of the s/c did not really change how the car drives but that little sprintbooster makes it very different. Even in green I need to be very careful every time I start off, Going to give it a couple more days but maybe coming off again.

I ordered the SprintBooster for my V8 last week, but a rep is coming out to look at the rattles on my car, so I haven't put it on yet. I imagine the SprintBooster + S/C would create a steep throttle response learning curve.

Either way, your car is a YouTube superstar. Goes to show how being much more willing to share the experience with those around you, rather than hide behind sunglasses, is the way to go. People appreciate it (and I enjoy watching the videos!).

Yea I hit about every show and gtg in my area. Funny that even after two years of owning car I hear so many times from people that they have not seen an R8 up close and personal. My car tends to get more interest than the Ferrari's and Lambo's because of that. I enjoy getting a chance to talk to people and letting them get to see what a great car the R8 is and many seem surprised since I don't think it's the same way for them when they talk to some of other exotic owners.
