    New arrival

I just brought this baby home. I'm open to opinions on the color!
    Its a 2010 R-tronic v8 magnetic ride, backup camera, b&o, navi, 3m clear bra,
hill hold, no cd player lol. Best part about is the color combo, Lamborghini orange, black leather with orange stitching and carbon blades!

Thank you guys my first choice was a black one i went to go look at but i ended up at the wrong Rusnak dealer and saw this one and i went for it, not 1 regret yet. i have a question though. At what rpm range should i shift from 1st to 2nd because i always seem to get a light kick?

    Re: New arrival

I guess it depends on how you want to drive it - for spirited driving on a warmed up motor it's pretty much at the rev limiter for me.

Try lifting the gas pedal a smidgeon between shifts. (When in Sport mode) Eventually you will become one with the automated system. Very modern Zenlike. Do you get the kick in Auto-mode too? Congrats. I assume you are in So. Cal? Did you get your car at Pasadena Rusnak ?

Yes i am in socal, I did get it from Pasadena, when I'm in M i shift at 3's in first gear while lightly loosening pressure on the pedal, but in auto it always catches me off guard and gives me a little kick.

not sure what you know about the r-tronic, but just in case:

It's the same underlying box as the stick manual, it's just got a robot strapped to it (or "hydraulic actuators" if you prefer) that operates the clutch pedal and selects the gear, so rather than the constant power shift of a torque-converter slushbox type automatic transmission, you're getting the same momentary power disconnect of a manual whilst the cogs are shifted.

Thank you for stating but i was aware of that, basically what im saying is every time i accelerate from a stop while in A1 i can not catch the shift time so i can decrease the pedal a bit. in 2-3 3-4 4-5 5-6 i clearly feel the shift. for instance after driving with sport on for a while, my first gear wont shift until low 3's, has that ever happened to anyone else here?
And also a question ive been dying to ask, does anyone know what mileage the clutch needs to be change approximately with normal commuting?
