    MacCarbon Paddle shifters

Just wondered if anyone had installed the MacCarbon carbon fibre extended paddle shifters, and if so, how do you like the function, esthetics, etc?

    Re: MacCarbon Paddle shifters

I have them, McCarbon is not far from where I live so when I picked them up they installed them for me. Took literally 5 minutes. I have the PPI Carbon Fiber steering wheel and carbon fiber interior trim, so the paddles really complete the look. They are also very functional and I use the paddles a lot more now that I have the extensions.

Are they longer than the stock paddles? I have a hard time reaching them at times with my small hands.

    Re: MacCarbon Paddle shifters

I've installed some Macarbon paddle extensions and they are very nice. They are functional, good looking and very simple to install.

That was a custom flat-bottom setup done for an R8 using the Macarbon pieces.

    Cheers,
    Alexander van Gerbig

Pretty much perfect on all of the above - a doddle to fit, feel much nicer, easier to reach, quality first rate.
    Best Regards, Ian
