I'm 6'1" and have no problem but one of our members had to sell his Spyder when he found it too low for his 6'3" height. I guess it all depends on how long your torso is when it comes to headroom and how long your legs are when it comes to legroom, but if I were you I wouldn't order a Spyder w/o first trying one on for size.

I would say no, sat in a couple and at 6'1" could not move seat back far enough to be comfortable. Had a Maserati Spyder that I got rid of quickly for same reason. With rtronic might be a little better but a clutch would be very difficult

I dont respond to many threads but this, I may be of some help. Before ordering my 2011 red spyder, I test drove a coupe and a spyder. I'm 6' 4'' and will soon be 67. I'm retired but active. I play competitive softball and golf. My issue was getting IN the car. I had more trouble "bending" to get in the coupe than into the spyder. I traded in a Bentley GTC which was much easier getting into and out of but I have more leg room in the R8 than I did in the Bentley. I've had the R8 for 3 months now and love it. Have taken a few several hundred mile jaunts now and the ONLY issue, if I had to be critical, has more to do with the seat bolsters becoming a little "hard" for my old bones. But with cruise control, I can stretch one leg at a time straight out. Good luck!

Thanks for all of the input! I will go test one out and see how it works.

At 6'4" you could definitely fit in the spyder...with the top down

I am 6'1 1/2" and hair grazes the roof liner in the morning. Less of a problem at end of hard day when I am worn down and probably have shrunk a 1/2". I do have a longer torso, so interested in hearing whether it works for you.

6'6". Auto spyder with no shoes on it is ok but with shoes it is uncomfortable.

**** you're tall. I didn't realize the interior cabin is smaller in a spyder than a coupe.

Yep, definitely smaller. Less headroom, and they even lose the rear shelf behind seats.
