    Great 'service' from AudiUSA

    So recently on the forum I check on re: my 2010 S4, some owners were mentioning that Audi were offering complimentary Audicare to those owners of the B8 S4 that had experienced 'issues' with the car. Things like water pump replacement, thermostat replacement etc. This Audicare on either their existing S4 or on a new Audi purchase.
    Since I just got a pristine 2010 R8 and the Audicare for the remaining two years costs $1,000, I decided to send an email to ask if AudiUSA would consider offering me Audicare on the R8 for my troubles with my S4. Guess what? They came through. Audicare for the remaining two years which covers three annual services. I am really grateful to AudiUSA for the awesome service. Makes my decision in buying the R8 over a GT2 even more sound.

    Audicare is one of those benefits that they will readily include at no cost if you simply ask for it. They often cite it as part of the Audi loyalty program for owners of previous Audi vehicles regardless of whether you had difficulties with your other car.

    Well, I think the dealers use it as a bargaining chip. It should just be included freely without having to even ask or haggle.
