What happened to Harrison?

I saw the brief post from Harrison that he'd "returned his car to stock and sold her"!!!

So is he gone from the fourm? anyone know what he's going to replace his R8 with?

He will certainly be a huge loss from this forum! Beside being the #1 volume poster, he always had something valuable to say...and a very positive attitude to go along with it.

I was going to call his office to see if he's around, but didn't want to disturb him. I guess none of us know what happened.

He can't just disappear. No way. He's like a family member to most of us.

I am NOT gone. You guys became very good friends. It was just time to get out of the '08 for several reasons-main reason being that I used the funds to keep a nursing home my mom is at (in Az.) in operation.(I am now temporary partners) Just a temporary thing that makes me feel good doing. I have been SUPER busy lately and actually stopped reading each and every post just before I sold her. I will continue to chime in when there is a subject ripping me apart. The forum is more V10 nowadays which is cool, but I sure miss those rustic early days of forum and tearing up the tarmac.Believe me...I still will be burning and turning,just not in an R 8 for a time.The R8 sure was the best car I ever owned and will be in my stable again ,as I am certain it is still the most reliable, quick, great handling, medium priced sports cars ---ON THE PLANET \"/. And yes my secretary Vivanna has a good idea where I am at -- at all times !!!

For people who've owned the V8 R8, and are either in a position to make a change, or preparing to do so, what would you get? Do you just come back in with a V10? Or do you wait till an all-new R8 arrives? Or do you just get a Lamborghini or something?

I know what I'm going to do, but was just curious as to what others are thinking (or doing).

What are you going to do Sebring? I am just going to keep my V8 as I love it as a daily driver and get a Gallardo for weekends when the time is right hopefully sometime next year!
